On January 27, 2014 in Dushanbe city a meeting of representatives of Consultative Council on Improvement of Investment and Business Climate in Rasht Valley was held. In the meeting the issue of tourism development in Rasht Valley was discussed. This issue was submitted in the first Session of the Regional Council, held in September 2013 regarding the resolution of this session currently analysis on development of tourism in Valley is being conducted.

In this meeting the representative of Secretariat of the Consultative Council under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan on Improvement of Investment Climate had a speech and updated on completed works regarding tourism sector reform in the framework of the Consultative Council and suggested proposals on effective using of tourism resources of Rasht Valley.
