We are pleased to inform you that in accordance with Resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in July 2013 a Council on Public and Private Partnership and a State Enterprise "Center for Implementation of Public-Private Partnership’ Projects." were established.

One of the main tasks of the Council is to consider and approve public-private partnershipj projects.

The structure of the Council on Public and Private Partnership consist of:

-Chairman – First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan;

-Deputy Chairman - Chairman of the State Committee on Investment and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan;

Members of the Council are:

- Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan;

- Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan;

- Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan;

- Chairman of the State Committee on Land Management and Geodesy;

-Director of the Agency of Construction and Architecture under the Government of Tajikistan;

-State Enterprise "Center for implementation of Public-Private Partnerships Projects."- Secretary of the Council;

-Head of central body or executive authority of municipal government, which is authorized for signing of agreement with private partners in the framework of Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Public-Private Partnership" (temporary member);

Currently, the State Committee on Investment and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan engaged in solving organizational and legal issues of the establishment of State Enterprise "Center for Implementation of Public-Private Partnership’ Projects." in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.
