The Secretariat of the Consultative Council on Improvement of Investment Climate under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan continues its active participation in drafting of the new Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Public-Private Partnership".

The Working Group has activated its work on developing the draft law, so it’s expected that the final version of the draft law will be submitted to the 9^th session of the Consultative Council.
