On May 28, 2015 in the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan the 4th meeting of the interministerial Working Group on Improvement of Investment Climate in the Sectors of Industry, Supporting Domestic Producers and Development of Domestic Production was conducted.
The meeting was opened by Deputy Minister of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan Ruzizoda A. Kh. (Head of the Working Group) who presented Agenda of the Meeting to the participants.
Agenda:
1. The results of industrial sectors’ development in 2015
2. Consideration of building materials industry development
3. Consideration of food industry development
4. Consideration of the Report of the Working Group on improvement of the investment climate in the industrial sector, supporting domestic producers and development of the national production.
5. Conduction of seminars-exhibitions on the theme "My Choice – is national product". He noted that during its effective activity the working group discovered a number of problems of the development of the country’s industry and prepared recommendations for their solution. Also the information regarding the development of the industry in 5 months of current year was submitted.
Also the Head of the Secretariat of the Consultative Council on Improvement of the Investment Climate under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan N. Abdujaborov participated in the meeting and during his speech he noted that currently the Report of the Working Group and the draft Action Plan of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on Improvement of Investment Climate in the Sectors of Industry, Supporting Domestic Producers and Development of Domestic Production have been developed.
Report and Action Plan cover four directions of the industry, as well as light industry, mining, food processing and production of construction materials.
The Working Group members were invited to study the Report and draft Action Plan and to submit their opinions, proposals and comments on it as soon as possible to the Working Group.
At the end of the meeting the relevant decisions have been adopted regarding the separate points of the agenda.
